Here, sun, the sound of the sea, sandy beaches and nature combine in a unique way. Various water sports such as surfing, windsurfing and kite flying are possible on Ždrijac beach.

There is also a playground for our little guests on the beach, salt pans with a salt museum, Roman excavations with the remains of a temple and the smallest cathedral in the world are located in the immediate vicinity.

Zadar is 15 km from the apartment and Novalja on the island of Pag is 42 km away.

The popular Ždrijac beach is located very close to the center of the historic town of Nin. A kite and surf school has been established on the sandy promontory that acts as a breakwater, and it is popular due to the excellent wind conditions. One of the most beautiful and historically significant bays in Nin is the sandy Kraljičina plaža beach, also known as Queen's Beach. It stretches for 3 km and is a paradise for children, who can splash around in the shallow water and build sandcastles.

Apartment Lea in Nin is located directly on Ždrijac Beach. This self-catering apartment offers two free parking spaces and free Wi-Fi/LAN. In addition to a balcony, the air-conditioned apartment sleeps five and features two bedrooms (each with a double bed), a living area with a sofa bed and TV, a dining area, and a kitchen equipped with an oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and also includes a washing machine and clothes rack.
