Information for tenants

Dear guest,

We warmly welcome you to our apartment and hope that you will experience a relaxing vacation here. Our experience has shown that certain rules for dealing with the inventory and the behavior of our guests make sense in order to make your stay with us as carefree as possible and to avoid any misunderstandings in advance.

1. Inventory and damage

We ask you to deal with our inventory with care and to grant the used dishes cleanly and dryly into the cupboards.Damage to furniture and furnishings occur and are often easy to fix.Please inform us immediately about damage caused.As a rule, tenants and fellow travelers are responsible for them and are responsible for a corresponding replacement or reimbursement.In the case of smaller damage, such as B. broken dishes, this is usually not necessary.

2. Volume and rest periods

Please take considerationOn our neighborhood and stick to the room volume in the apartment, especially with the volume of music or TV. The general night's sleep begins at 10:00 p.m.

3. Visitors

Your visitors are always welcome in our apartment for short periods of time. However, it is not allowed to have non -registered guests spent the night in the apartment. If the number of guests changes, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.

4. Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our apartment. Please use only the outdoor area of ​​our apartment for smoking.

5. Pets

Pets are not permitted in our apartment.

6. Security and valuables

Always close all the windows and the front door before leaving the apartment and make sure to switch off the electronic devices. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.

7.Waste separation

We ask you to separate your household waste in the existing containers in the apartment and to sort them into the garbage containers in front of the house.

8. Cleaning

The thorough final cleaning of the holiday apartment takes place as agreed after your departure by our cleaning service. However, we would like to ask you to remove larger dirt in advance and leave the apartment in a broom on departure.

9. Arrival and departure

The apartment can be obtained on your arrival day from 3:00 p.m. The departure takes place after the apartment is taken and back to 10:00.

10. Key

We provide you with two house keys and ask you to deal with them carefully. If you lose a key, please inform us immediately.

11. Environment

The environment is important to us, hopefully you too. Therefore, please switch off the light and all technical devices if they are not needed. Saving water also helpsnature. Thank you very much.
